The usual round of family visiting has begun. Sigh. Fun to see people, and find out that someone we know has been hired to work as assistant music director to the new "Tarzan" show on Broadway in New York! Talk about cool jobs...All the presents have been bought and mostly wrapped (a few Hanukkah presents were wrapped tonight after a certain six year old went to bed)
Set up a meeting with the guy custom-building my new bodhran drum. I may get to choose one in stock in his studio, but I get to hang out and try them all to see if any work for me and with my voice. (I am mentally hopping up and down and giggling with glee)
Happy Christmas and Hanukkah this week and a peaceful year to all my friends out there on Livejournal who celebrate such things. Or Solstice. Whichever. :)
